Here are the FULL programmes available for the Associate Members Trophy Finals which ran for most seasons from 1990/91 to 2005/06 with just a team sheet produced for the 2004/05 Final. I am currently missing a Final for 2005/06, so if you can scan this, or let me borrow it for a week or two, please let me know.
